We’re always on hand to help with any issues you have, whether you’ve sold your stuff or you’ve bought something from our Store. So we can help you as quickly as possible, please enter the question you’d like to ask below.

Do you accept devices if they are broken or have missing parts?
KingBuyback cannot accept any devices that have missing components. We do accept damaged or broken gadgets but they must have all parts included.

What happens if you receive a device and it's not as described?
We reserve the right to revise the amount paid for the device, which will take into account the actual condition. The seller will be notified of the revised price and the reason for the revision. This will be received by email and will also appear in their 'my account' section of our website. The seller will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the offer. Declined offer items are returned to the seller a £5 fee is in place for tracked return postage.

Is it free to send my device to you?
Yes, just select the pre-paid label option upon completing your order. There is also an option to send via your own method.

What do you do with my device once you receive it?
All devices are cleaned and tested with all data being removed. Gadgets are then either re-introduced into the market, or refurbished by our team where they are then re-sold. This extends the life of the Gadget and is great for the environment. Recycling as many devices as possible is a vital part of KingBuybacks mission.
